#James Donaldson notes:
Welcome to the “next chapter” of my life… being a voice and an advocate for #mentalhealthawarenessandsuicideprevention, especially pertaining to our younger generation of students and student-athletes.
Getting men to speak up and reach out for help and assistance is one of my passions. Us men need to not suffer in silence or drown our sorrows in alcohol, hang out at bars and strip joints, or get involved with drug use.
Having gone through a recent bout of #depression and #suicidalthoughts myself, I realize now, that I can make a huge difference in the lives of so many by sharing my story, and by sharing various resources I come across as I work in this space. #http://bit.ly/JamesMentalHealthArticle

warning: might be offensive
Yes depression isn’t a solution, but it isnt an option either. Depression creeps up on you when you least aspect. When you realize you have depression, your already deep into it and some will try to d** to get away from it because they dont know how they will live like that and some suffer in silence. You will proably have to see a mental health professional if you suspect you have depression. They are treatments to depression such as getting enough sleep, excercise ,eat healthily. yes the basic things help but most dont know there way out.
sorry if this was offensive and no im not a mental health professional ,i dont know what works and doesnt but i just wanted to show my opinion.
Oh still here, well… Have a good day!

Same vibes as “Oh you’re paralyzed? Just get up and walk, being paralyzed is not the right solution”

Everyone imaging getting heart from tonni di
Me imaging getting such drawings skills from tonni di because I love you such art ?????
she always has a way to make us happy from any problem
I dunno if posing likes on social media or whatever the phone represents as part of healing from depression is necessarily responsible. If it’s supposed to signify support from friends and family, that wasn’t really clear
someone: *has depression*
this video: don’t have depression.
someone: *magically heals and is happy* ??

you have no idea depress people are going through, so don’t judge them and always let them heal themselves, you just have to help them heal faster
This was the sound of the bell in my school when I was studying in turkey
