TNew York - The Ageless Cityhe author, details throughout this book about his experiences in growing up in New York City in the 1940s.  Obviously he knows a lot about the city and is very passionate about it.  New York, it’s still the center/Mecca of the United States as far as the media, entertainment and sports.

No other city in America can lay claim to that title, with so much happening in New York City each and every day.  Even countries leaders from around the world have come to recognize New York City is a global gathering place (witness the United Nations buildings right in New York City) for the rest of the world to come together.  All in all, a pretty interesting read if you have any kind of feelings for New York City (good or bad).  I think that you’ll enjoy this book.
