Turmoil and Transition in BostonThis was an interesting book for me to read, and that I’ve never spent a significant time in Boston, and don’t have any particular affiliation to it our interest in it. But, the book is about segregated busing and how the federal courts mandated the city of Boston to finally start integrating its busing system, and in doing that, a young Boston city councilmember, Larry DiCara, shows how forcing a city to do certain things that are absolutely in the right, can help move it forward in making it more diverse, affluent and successful.

This book is a memoir about Boston city councilmember, who was the youngest city councilmember ever, Larry DiCara and the experiences he experienced in trying to get all this implemented into the city of Boston.
